NY Prog Rockers IZZ to Release I Move 2-CD Remastered Anniversary Edition on November 18, 2022
IZZ will be releasing a Double CD Remastered Anniversary Edition of their seminal 2002 album, I Move, which will include over 70 minutes of unreleased music comprised of live performances, new recordings, previously unreleased songs, and alternate mixes.
“I Move was really the album that first put us on the map of the progressive rock world,” says bassist John Galgano. “All of us in the band consider I Move amongst the best pieces of work we’ve recorded to date and we are so thrilled to be giving this new life and power with this incredible-sounding remaster.”
I Move includes several tracks which have become staples of the modern American progressive rock canon including the fiery instrumental Star Evil Gnoma Su, and the sprawling, emotional penultimate song on the album, Coming Like Light.
“I’m really excited for people to hear how good this remastered version sounds,” shared keyboardist Tom Galgano. “I’m also really happy that we are getting to share some unreleased tracks that were written around that time period of 2001-2002, but were never released. It’s been so much fun revisiting these songs and I think our fans will really enjoy this.”
I Move Anniversary Edition will be available beginning on November 18, 2022 at your favorite online retailer and via download on Bandcamp: izzmusic.bandcamp.com.

In the wake of buying the Welcome To The Planet I also went for this older "EP" (clocking in on 70 minutes a rather big big EP...) as a final farewell to a very bright bright star that sadly doesn't shine anymore. Carsten Pieper

What can I say about Big Big Train that I haven’t said before?
This album took a little while to grow on me but by the time I saw it live I was in love with its humongous, over-egged pomposity! They do it all with such passion, excitement and amazing musicianship.

Sometimes I'll be listening to music and a little disappointed. "Is this it? Is this all music can offer?" This really broke that for me, and reminded me of why I love music. Thark Type Beat
